Packing for a scrapbooking crop

I have always found it hard to pack for a crop, I want to take it all with me, although I know that is not realistic. I always seem to take more than I need. I decided to really think about what I need to take and what is extra. Here is what I have come up with.

Basic supplies:

  • Paper trimmer
  • Scissors
  • Adhesive (extra refills)
  • Ruler
  • Alphabet stamp set
  • Basic ink color such as black or brown
  • Sticky notes

The most successful crop I attended where I completed the most page layouts was when I spent a little time prior preparing “page kits”. Each kit consisted of 6 to 8 photos, coordinating paper and embellishments. I try to prepare 12-24 kits for a 12 hour full day crop. I use sticky notes to jot any ideas that will help me finish the page if I don’t have the supplies with me.
